Person-centered therapy for OCD and anxiety

Individualized, evidence-based therapy in Seattle

Welcome

You may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, doubt, or shame. Maybe uncertainty feels unbearable, or you feel caught in a cycle of reassurance-seeking, rumination, or checking. When we are left alone with our thoughts, they can feel all-consuming and even threatening. If this sounds familiar, things don’t have to stay this way.

I’m Sofie Phillips, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based practices with lived experience, curiosity, and authenticity. In my work, I support individuals in developing critical insight into the mechanisms underlying OCD and anxiety.

Good therapy is not one-size-fits-all—it should be collaborative, individualized, and adaptive. Together, we will focus on disentangling your true self from your thoughts in order to build a meaningful life alongside uncertainty.

You are the sky. The clouds are what happens, what comes and goes.
